Kathy decided to support Derek on his 3rd and final LA Marathon on St. Patricks Day. He loves her so much he ran back several blocks just to give her a kiss, adding 15 minutes to his final time.

With Kathy being a kitchen goddess, she taught Derek how to make quesillo, a popular Venezuelan dessert (this whole time he thought it was flan). He proudly served this to his family on Easter.

Kathy was excited to see her boyfriend fit in so well with her amigas.

Derek and Kathy both share a fond liking for hiking and exploration. Here, they went to a waterfall in Mt. Baldy with his family.

Kathy was a trooper and went with Derek to see Zach Bryan at the Crypto Arena in Los Angeles. She was the only latina in attendance that evening, and to her surprise, she loves his music.

This was their first trip to Disneyland with Derek's family. Here they were enjoying drinks at Oga's Cantina (yes, Derek's was non-alcoholic).

Celebrating Derek's 4th sobriety birthday at Killer Shrimp in Marina Del Rey, CA. He is quite the inspiration.

One of their most memorable adventures was camping in Zion National Park. Here, they were hiking "The Narrows" and enjoying the other-worldly landscape.

Kathy's creativity enabled the Wolski's to win "best photo" on their annual family vacation. She's quite the catch!

Derek & Kathy decided to take his mom (Gretchen) and dog (Numa) camping (not glamping) for her birthday in Malibu, CA. We found out Numa is scared of heights.

The trip where Kathy thought Derek was going to propose... It ended up being just hiking in Big Bear! He did get her diamond earrings so she didn't go home empty handed.
